Life is too short to not live the life of your dreams

Midlife is the time in a woman's lifespan when essential transitions occur. It is sandwiched between two generations of people: your young adult children and your aging parents. Women are typically caretakers, and during this time, you are helping your children launch into the world or helping them with the childcare of your grandchildren. On the other hand, you are taking care of your aging parent's medical needs, which can be numerous. At the same time, you are dealing with the issues of your own life.

The four most challenging aspects for women during this transitional life phase are: coping with multiple co-occurring stressors, frustration with the inability for goal attainment, rebalancing of work and personal life, and changing family relations.

I understand the overwhelming challenges of a midlife transition. You are sandwiched between two generations for which you are responsible while searching for balance. All the while, you have your needs, goals, and dreams in the background. Research shows that you are dealing with eight stressors compared to the other two generations, 3 and 4-no wonder you are exhausted!

I can help you! Having been through this myself, trying to launch children Into the world and at the same time caring for my aging mother's needs, working full time with the Drug Court program helping people with an addiction transform their lives from one of addiction to recovery, and then there was menopause. During this time, I formed a new set of goals and routines, creating a transformative path to my future. I retired from my career and started a coaching business while helping my children and mother.

 How I Can Help

 

Routine Revolution I

This four-month program meets every two weeks for Individual coaching sessions. The first is a planning session, during which we co-create five goals in each area of your life. Next, we will establish three-step routines to help you achieve your goals. As your coach, I will be your accountable partner every step of the way.

 

1:1 Coaching

There are private and confidential (60) min sessions where we work on your coaching agenda. Together, we will co-create a life plan, body, mind, faith, career, and family that leads to a profoundly fulfilling and successful life

Routine Revolution II

This six-month program meets two times per month weekly for individual coaching sessions and has a group component 1 time per month. The first is a planning session where we co-create your goals together. Next, we will establish a 3-step routine to ensure you achieve your goals. Then, in addition to having me be your accountability coach, there is the added accountability of the group that meets 1x per month to ensure your success.

 

Workshops

I offer virtual and/or in-person interactive workshops that introduce simple lifestyle enhancements that can change your life. Groups walk away with new strategies and tools they can use immediately.
